An extensive four-bedroom property offering 6,653 square feet of living area sold for $9.75 million late last year, listing broker Harold Clarke of Luxury Big Island confirmed.
Located in Hawaii’s Kukio gated community, one of the most expensive houses on a Hawaiian island is currently on the market for $13.5 million, offering 2.23 acres and 7,353 square feet of property.
An early riser, Harold Clarke doesn’t do what many real estate sales associates do the minute they wake up in the morning.
